In case you missed it, we made it to the Friday show! We love Foresthill, the town, the people, the views. For us it really is the other side of the fence and any excuse to go there, we will take it! The art show included work from all school ages, there were also private entries as well as an entry from professional photographer Joe Dondelinger. The show is put on by the Forest Hill Creative Arts Center which, right now, is in development, classes, seminars, studios and shows are all possibilities.
“Nestled among the trees at the edge of town, the former Foresthill Elementary School is being refreshed to serve as the Foresthill Creative Arts Center. Natural light pours into spacious rooms, inspiring creativity. Come check out the beautiful spaces available for studios, classes, workshops, and other cultural activities. As we develop FHCAC we are focused on creating a place where artists and artisans can explore their own work, teach others, and be a part of a community of creative minds.” – http://www.fusd.org/foresthill_creative_arts_center
These are the kind of views they have in Foresthill, this shot came from the grocery store parking lot!
